About this event:
Straight from Texas, Smoke Meisters Chris and Zach and their travelling band of American BBQ Masters will be serving up Texas-style American BBQ at the Capital Craft Beer Academy.

Texas smoked meat is dry-rubbed with a pepper-heavy mixture of seasonings and smoked low and slow for up to 16 hours! If you can't make the trip to Texas, at least you can send your mouth there!

ON THE MENU:

Wagyu Brisket
Smoked for 16 hours and served with a Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey BBQ sauce.

Mexican Pulled Pork
Slow-cooked with Mexican spices and finished with original Cholula hot sauce.

Texas Smoked Pork Sausage
Classic pork sausage with a bold Texas-style smoke
